CRM 2011: Solution to recursive popup of "send error report to microsoft"

Hi experts,

I am getting popup window in Ms-CRM 2011. It says send error report to microsoft.

If i click on send error report, it doesn't send it.

and If i click on don't send then again same popup arises.
