CRM2011: How Database owner(SA Account) to access CRM entity records?

Hello,

I have another system which needs to get one CRM entity records information. I have to login CRM database as Database Owner(SA account), which can connect CRM with the other system. But there is no CRM records when login as SA?

Do you know how to get the related CRM records when login CRM database as Database Owner(SA account)?
