Sample Code to fetch Text Field Values in Contact Page of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Hi All,

We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. There is a requirement for one of our Prestigious Customer to create Click-to-call Plugin for Dynamics Contact Page. Means, Contact page is having 3 fields named, Business Phone, Home Phone and Mobile Phone. Based on R&D we r doing on this from sometime now, we conclude that we need to create custom Plugin to achieve this functionality.

What i want to test is how can i fetch Phone number values correspond to above mentioned fields in Text box.

for eg, within contact page,

Business Phone - <Telephone no 1>

Home Phone -<Telephone no 2>and

Mobile Phone -<Telephone no 3>

Since im very new to this CRM , its SDK and API's, if anybody can assist or provide sample code to start with as how can i fetch Textbox filed value(s) for each of above field , so that i can start development work , i'll appreciate and be thankful for assistance. I hope such or similar situations shud've been faced earlier also.
