Automaticaly create campaigns responses form email campaigns

Hello please help me with the steps for doing the fallowing action :

I want to automaticaly track campaign responses in crm form an email campaign .

For example i want to send an email to a marketing list regardig an invitation to an event .

Then when they response to the email , i want that crm automaticaly register the responses of the customers and to have the posibility to export the answers to see which are participating and which no .

Please help me with a response and with the steps in order to this ( i am new in this domain )
