Hi, I am currently implementing CRM 2011 online. Using the service cases, we will be generating PDF reports for customers. However I am having trouble figuring out the following: Signature Capture - We need to capture the customers signature. Whilst there
are plenty of addons, I can't seem to locate one that works offline with the Outlook integration offline mode. This is critical as some cases could be carried out in areas with no data connection. Ideal scenario would be allowing signature capture that works
both offline and online, and also applies a singular customer signature to as many pages as applicable (to reduce the amount of times the customer has to sign). Auto email of reports - Once a report is signed and complete, we would like to email the report
to the customer. However there again seems to be problems around doing this with CRM online. Ideal scenario would be to store email address information when creating contracts / cases. Upon trigger a workflow would then auto send an email to these addresses
using a standard template and attaching the signed report. Ideal format would be PDF however I am open to other formats if this is workable. Does anyone have any suggests on how to implement this, any addons / plugins I have overlooked? Many Thanks Matt
