How can I create schedulling workflow 3 months daily

I have a problem with my client that using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On Premise.

First, they want to create workflow automatically 3 months daily, can you show me how to create schedulling workflow?

Second, they also want to switch that schedulling workflow into manual workflow, what can I do that?
