CRM 2011 duplicate record error

Hi All,

Two of my users are getting following error whenever qualify lead to account, contact and opportunity.

" A record was not created or updated becuase duplicate of the current record are already esists "

But those two users confirmed that entirely these are new contacts, accounts and opportunities. We have a some duplicate detection rules. If any record is duplicate then it is suppose to be showing the dialog box is different, it is showing like the option save record even. But here it is showing the dialog box is error .

Please help me how to resolve the issue.

I would be most happy if anybody provide the exact solution. Thanks in advance.
