Can you please let me know if it is possible to create summarized reports/charts for summarizing Dialog Responses provided by customers? A typical example would be to conduct a survey and view the percentages for each response, or see the number of Yes and Nos for a specific prompt and response across dialogs in a campaign.
Please suggest any means by which we can summarize dialog responses in CRM 2011.
