Add ASPX page in ISV folder in CRM 4.0 ?

I have created an aspx page and copied the page to ISV folder..

but I am not able to call the page in crm 4 ?

What are the basic steps to deploy aspx page in crm 4 ?

Unsupported customization is fun..keep it running..is a challenge
