Error when adding product to an opportunity

Hello ,

Please hellp me with the problem above .

When i have an opened oportunity and i am trying to add a product  and i click SAVE , it is appearing an error .

The error is not saying something about permision it is an error that sounds like : error - send it to microsopft ( with red )

This happeds when i am trying to add from a " Sales Manager account "

When i repeat the operation from the general admin account its works without problems .

Any help ?
