Sharepoint 2013 and CRM 2011 integaration.

Hi All,

We have default share point 2013 On premise site and CRM 2011 server.  Now I am trying to integrate SharePoint and CRM  for document management.

I am able to upload the document to SharePoint Library. But When I upload the document to SharePoint library, I want to upload the values of entity field( metadata) example if I am uploading the document for opportunity number 100  from CRM

1. document should be uploaded to document library

2. Opportunity number should also update in library

How to achieve this.
