MS CRM IFD 2013

Hi,

With the ISV folder and 2007 end-points depreciated for MS CRM 2013, does anyone know how Microsoft will propose deploying custom applications (ASP.NET) that access the SDK over IFD?

We've previously had issues, but managed to resolve these by using the 2007 end-points and deploying our application to the ISV folder.
