MSCRM 2011: Getting the account entity value into the contact entity by using Javascript?

Hi,

I  need to get the account entity attribute value into contact entity by using JavaScript.

For example I have a attribute(state code ) in Account entity  I need to pull that value into contact entity and  append that value to name field of contact.

When I'm saving the record of contact entity expected result of name field is statecode | contact name.  Please let me know how will I resolve this?
