Export / Import organization in CRM 2011 using Powershell

I am working on a project in which we required 8+ hours to configure its queues security roles etc i want to save that time. (From Dev to QA)
i.e. If i want to give a release for QA i required 8+ hours to configure it from Dev Environment to QA.

Can any one give me a code snippets for power shell to export and import the whole organization i think it will saves my time. or any other solution for this.
