Can we use two organization one with IFD and another without IFD

Hello,

I have two organisations one with IFD and another one without IFD.  For second organization I am getting default context url in IFD url format likehttps://servername:5555/orgname. When I am accessing this orgnization from browser, i am accessing it through http. Since my another org is having IFD ,by default it takes https to all other orgs.

I am also not able to connect to new org in plugin registration tool. There also it takes default url ashttps://OrnameIFDname.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc. And it fails with error  Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'https://    /XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl'.

My new org is failing whereever i am accessing context url like javascript,silverlight page.

Can anyone help me in this? Can we have two orgs one with IFD and another without IFD.
