Standard lookup opening from HTML webresource

Hi,

I am trying to open a standard lookup from a HTML control using javascript and the code I am using is:

oLookupItems = showModalDialog(pageXRM.Page.context.getServerUrl() + "/_controls/lookup/lookupinfo.aspx?AllowFilterOff=1&DefaultType=" + objType + "&DefaultViewId=%7bA9AF0AB8-861D-4CFA-92A5-C6281FED7FAB%7d&DisableQuickFind=0&LookupStyle=single&ObjectId="+ selectedId + "&ObjectTypeCode=" + objType + "&ShowNewButton=1&ShowPropButton=1&browse=0&objecttypes=" + objType , window, "");

The issue here is the Url created seems to be working fine when opened from IE but when we click on button in HTML control it pops us only the header and footer of the lookup, see image:

With CRM Rollup 12 and 13 it happens and when we uninstall these it works as it should be, Any pointers?
