ms CRM 2011 - Deploy Solution is giving "Error registering plugins and/or workflows. Plug-in assembly does not contain the required types or assembly content cannot be updated"

Deploy Solution is giving "Error registering plugins and/or workflows. Plug-in assembly does not contain the required types or assembly content cannot be updated".

This is happening when I am trying to change the Namespace and trying to deploy the same. It is giving error.
