How to get custom entity attribute values to another custom entity on load event in ms crm 2011

Hi all,

I have  two custom entity called IAccount and CVSettings.In CVSettings have two fields 'UserName' and 'Password'.

here my requirement is i need to get Username and Password on IAccount Onload event.There is no relationship between IAccount and CVSetting entity.So in javascript Is there any way to CV Settings data on IAccounts Page Onload event in ms crm 2011?

Please share some info.
