webservice in CRM

i want to write a webservice in CRM  but i can't understand one line on it

that's it :

'ServiceProxy.ServiceConfiguration.CurrentServiceEndpoint.Behaviors.Add(new ProxyTypesBehavior());

what does it mean? and what's it usage?
