UR 12: Unable to downgrade CRM Online Solution - ArgumentException - Index was out of range

Hi all,

       I am trying to downgrade a solution of CRM Online environment(UR 12-Polaris) in order to import it to an on-premise environment. However, I am getting following error during the downgrade process. Does anyone has faced similiar kind of issue and have any solution? And also Downgrading a CRM Online Solution is allowed or not?

ArgumentException - Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
