how to Integrate Dynamic CRM with Telephone

Hi,

I need some clue for inegrating Dynamics CRM with Telephone line so that when ever any call which are registered client, their contact details which be shown and if not then new customer page should come up.

Now I want some basic information how to integrate the same any link please.
